Product guarantees
Associazione Museo San Benedetto guarantees the replacement of any item sent in error due to the responsibility of its staff. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 189/99, the right of withdrawal is always guaranteed, without penalty, within 10 working days of receipt of the purchased product.

The return may be made, provided that the product is substantially intact, by shipment at the customer’s expense, to be made by means of his choice. If, upon receipt, the products are damaged or tampered with, a refund of the purchase price of the product is not guaranteed.
The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
The law excludes the right of withdrawal for the following products:
